Refund policy
All JANN Merch products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@appliedinformationservices.com with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
